Pennsylvania PFAS HB 1410: Creates remediation fund for customers of water utilities financially impacted by PFAS contamination related to military installations. (Adopted in 2019) Pennsylvania Mercury , Heavy Metals HB 44: Prohibits the sale of a mercury thermostat, and prohibits them being disposed as solid waste unless the mercury is removed for reuse or recycling. Requires manufacturers to establish collection and recycling programs for mercury thermostats. (Adopted in 2007)
